At PRIME, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't meeting your standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
